Paul brings a diverse wealth of experience as a former Premier League player for Charlton, a former secondary school teacher and now a sociology lecturer and published author. Paul's PhD and some of his subsequent books revolve around grassroots football in Leicester.
Paul brings with him two assistants, Matthew Wright and Mark Taylor.
