Following updates to the FA and Government's COVID guidance, and to allow us to safely transition to using the 3G pitch please remember the following points to ensure we can continue to play football in as safe an environment as possible:
- All junior players in age groups U16 and below should come to training/matches already changed in their kit with a parent, ideally just one parent per child. There should be no drop-off and collect or lone children attending matches or training.
- Parents should sign in using the NHS COVID-19 Test & Trace app and the QR codes either around the exterior of the clubhouse or alongside the 3G pitch. This is available from the Apple and Android app stores.
- All players should arrive with ample water in a named bottle and sanitiser. Please do not share water bottles!
- Players should sanitise their hands before their match/session.
- For absolute clarity, spectators must remain socially distanced and in discrete groups of no more than 6. These groups must not mix under any circumstances.
- Birds Barn - Parents should remain socially distanced at the side of the pitch. Toilet facilities are available in the clubhouse if required.
- TKS 3G Pitch – Please follow any one-way systems and signs within the school premises. Parents should remain outside the main 3G enclosure. Only players, coaches and club/match officials should enter the enclosure unless a parent is required for first aid. A viewing area will be available outside the 3G gates and toilet facilities are available in the Sports Hall foyer
- Players and spectators should leave promptly after their match/session and wash hands/sanitise as soon as possible.
Above all, please do not turn up to any matches or training sessions if any member of your household is exhibiting COVID symptoms. Please also inform the club if you have recently attended a session and then develop symptoms. The most important symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are the recent onset of any of the following:
- a new continuous cough
- a high temperature
- a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell.
